Fridolin Dietrich
Business graduate and organizational psychologist Fridolin Dietrich is the founder of Dietrich Identity. He has three decades of practical experience in industry and consulting internationally. With the zebra principle, he laid the foundation for Dietrich Identity’s holistic identity work. His consulting focus is on identity and brand strategies. His special sectors are somatic and psychiatric clinics, social and communal organisations as well as industrial companies.
Elke Walther
Creativity, determination and positive thinking characterize Elke. She pays particular attention to the perpetuation of the true values at leadership and team level within the True Values Academy, the further development of the Dietrich Identity Team and the compatibility of children and career.
Erich Relovsky
With over 20 years of experience in managing major brands, Erich brings the know-how of marketing communications and digital and analog brand management. His sectors with us are the solar industry, pharmaceuticals and hospital groups. With his industry knowledge from beauty, eyewear and medical products, he complements Dietrich Identity with new industry fields.
Erich Posselt
Erich sees strong brands as campfires: vibrant, inviting places of exchange and stories. It is his job to integrate the essence of the brand, into design, communication and behaviour. He has extensive industry knowledge and thus helps entrepreneurs and brand managers to translate their vision into clear, lasting and precise strategies and processes.
Patricia Schuler
Patricia is an organizational talent with over 15 years of experience in project and product management, as well as marketing in the pharmaceutical industry. Her passion lies in both strategic and operational marketing, with an eye and ear always directly on the market and competitors.
Thomas Amann
Thomas is a passionate designer. Characterised by his award-winning work for established brand companies such as RÖSLE, Villeroy & Boch, Occhio, Avery Zweckform and METO, he heads up our design and creation department.

Elli strengthens our team as an art director in the field of corporate design and her experience in dealing with international brands. Her motto: Bring identity and contemporary design in harmony for a company-specific look & feel.

Magazines are Karin’s world. Whether for clients or employees, she designs and produces a wide variety of media with great commitment and experience.
Myrjam Weber
Myrjam is a multi-talented graphic designer with over a decade of experience, having honed skills across print, digital, and presentation projects both in Europe and New Zealand. She is passionate about making a positive impact through design particularly in the areas of sustainability, environment, and animal welfare.

Sabine has been a trainer for over ten years and is a frequent facilitator of workshops and seminars. Her focus in the True Values Academy is on improving communication in teams and developing personality styles in order to achieve communication advantages in contact with customers and colleagues.
